Sleep
Believe it or not, sleep is imperative if you want to achieve your fitness goals. If you are not getting enough rest then you may not be able to support your muscle recovery. Ideally, you should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep every single night. If you aren’t then you need to look into why this is not happening. It may be that you have too many distractions in your bedroom for example. If you want to do something about this then eliminate them and take the time to wind down before bed too. If you can do this then you will see a huge improvement in your mental health so be mindful of that if you can.
